We are a home-based business that at times, may or may not need a 'made to order' outcome. Each order is unique to us and may or may not be immediately ready to ship.

Please allow up to 1-3 business days to complete your order and an additional 5-7 business days to receive your order. We currently only ship within the USA and not internationally.

Due to Covid measurements, weather or in any areas throughout the USA, your package could be delayed.

After the completion of your order and shipping details, Ari Mae Scrunchies is not responsible for any delays, damaged or lost mail. Therefore please ensure that your shipping address is correct when you check out. Once items have been mailed, The address can no longer be changed.

Holidays and weekends do not count towards business days.
